Pole fitness is a fun way to gain a healthy body and mind, stay fit, build strength and meet some great people. If you have never attended a pole fitness class before, the image you have in your mind is probably far from the reality. Classes are for both male and female of all ages and all abilities – whether you are currently active or not. You will not be asked to go upside down in the first few lessons, we build strength through a series of tricks and spins.
Our classes are friendly and fun – come along and take a required look – what have you got to lose, other than a few lbs!
