Pole fitness is a fun way to gain a health body and mind, stay fit, build strength and meet some great people. If you have never attended a pole fitness class before, the image you have in your mind is probably far from the reality. Classes are for both male and female of all ages and all abilities – whether you are currently active or not.
Our classes are friendly and fun – come along and take a look – what have you got to lose, other than a few lbs!
Monday: 7pm – 8pm (Beginners)
Tuesday: 6pm – 7pm (Beginners) / 7pm – 8pm
Thursday: 6pm – 7pm / 7pm – 8pm
Saturday: 10:30am – 11:30/12pm (1hour class or 1.5hour class optional)
P.A.Y.G = £7.50 (Pay As You Go)
Block of 4 sessions = £24
