Pole Fitness

Pole fitness is a fun way to gain a healthy body and mind, stay fit and; build strength and confidence. It is a full body medium-high intensity workout targeting large and small muscles which you probably never knew existed or you haven't used since doing cartwheels at school. Your strength and flexibility can be gained quickly though pole fitness and is a fun way to work out and enjoy what you are doing. 

If you have never attended a pole fitness class before, the image you have in your mind is probably far from the reality!

Our classes are friendly and fun – come along and take a look – what have you got to lose, other than a few lbs!

Challenge

Classes are for both male and female of all ages and all abilities – whether you are currently active or not. We can build strength through a series of conditioning, tricks and spins.

Clothing

Ladies, you will feel comfortable in a pair of shorts and a vest top or t-shirt.
Gentlemen, may wear a pair of shorts or trunks a vest top, t-shirt or no top.
 you will need to wear trainers or bare foot for the warm up session.

We understand that some people can feel uncomfortable in shorts,  we are a very supportive studio and we have many students of all shapes and sizes so you will feel right at home.
